Three men who allegedly jumped from One World Trade Center are due in court today.

The suspects were able to sneak onto the site back in September.  They climbed to the top and then jumped using parachutes.  They weren't caught and arrested until several months later.

The incident went viral after videos of the jump were posted online.  A new video has also been released, with a recording from a helmet cam worn by jumper Marko Markovich.

"There's no question over what happened that night so there's no reason to hide behind it," Markovich's lawyer, Timothy Parlatore told the New York Post.

Markovich, James Brady and Andrew Rossig are being arraigned on charges of burglary and trespassing.

Parlatore argues that the charges should be reduced, since the men exposed a security weakness at the World Trade Center site.
