The suspect that police opened fire on last week when a car refused to stop at the toll plaza at the Verrazano Bridge, has now been arrested and linked with the murder of a 40-year-old man from New Jersey.

Tyrell Brown is being charged with murder, among a slew of other crimes, for fatally shooting Kuwan Collins in Voorhees, New Jersey last Sunday in the early morning. He is then believed to have held a man at gunpoint and stole his Hummer, which is the vehicle Brown was driving when he failed to stop at the toll.

Brown was found and taken in to police custody on Tuesday after trying to steal another vehicle, but failed to succeed because the car was stick shift which he didn't know how to drive.
